The Rules

Ah yes, there are some rules, why yes, this pains me, but it must be done.

Comment Policy:

I: Do not make me invoke Godwin’s Law.
II:  Everyone is welcome to comment here so long as they are civil.  I don’t mind debate, or even foul language, but don’t go nuclear on others speaking here or I shall plant a gladiator sandal in thine ass.
III:  This place?  Well yeah, it is meant to be a “safe space” for the freaks; sex workers, kinksters, erotic writers/artists, even, yep, pornographers…so keep that shit in mind before speaking.  Differing opinions are of course allowed, but this is my house, and I am the house music.  If you are just here to complain about the dancing, find the exit, lest I call in the lions.

Content Warning:

This blog is intended for adults and will contain subject matter of a graphic nature.  You have been warned.  If you do not like it, the proverbial door is right there- use it.

Hello Renegade Evolution or let’s just be informal and I’ll call you “Ren.” Makes life much simpler.

I’ll cut to the chase and you make it easy for you to decide whether you want to be bothered or not. My name is Jeff Winbush and I’m a contributing writer to The Root.com. Maybe you heard of it? No? Okay, it’s a Black-oriented news, arts, politics and blase, blase website. Think of The Huffington Post with an Africentric perspective and no gratuitous celebrity skin pics and that’s The Root. It was started as a collaboration between The Washington Post and Henry Louis Gates, Jr. The same Gates Jr., that was part of the President’s “beer summit” after Gates got hassled by a White cop in his own crib. It made all the papers.

I’m writing a story for The Root about Montana Fishburne and I asked my amiga, Amanda Brooks for someone who works in the porn movie business who could give me an honest and straight-up perspective of what Ms. Fishburne can come to expect the longer she’s in the biz and how deep into it she gets.

I have an interview with a former porn star who is a born-again Christian now turned anti-porn activist to give the CON side of the business. I need a PRO perspective. Amanda recommended you and if you’re not interested perhaps you could put me in touch with someone who would be.

I’d like to talk with you at your earliest convenience, Ren. I’d REALLY like to write a piece about Montana that covers both sides of the story. If you can help me or just point me in the right direction I’d be appreciative. If you need to check out I am who I say I am, please touch base with Amanda.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hey Ren, it’s Genevieve….I didn’t know where else to contact you and I thought you might want to know about this newest piece of news about Kyle Payne. Looks like he’s up to his old bullshit again.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
